Every page on this site is written and kept current by the List Sweepstakes Casinos editorial team. We sign pages as a team rather than with a personal byline: a page here is a set of checked facts, and each fact carries its source and the date it was read.
What we do
We read each state's laws and regulator notices, and each casino's own terms, sweepstakes rules and cashier pages. From them we keep one record per state and one per casino: where the casino takes players, the minimum age, who runs it, what it gives on sign-up, how prizes are redeemed and how fast they are paid. Every page is built from those records, so a fact reads the same wherever it appears.
How we keep it current
State records are reviewed by legal counsel before publication. When a law changes or a casino updates its terms, we update the record and every page that uses it. The “Last verified” date at the top of a page is the day its facts were last checked.
How we collect, check and correct the data is set out in our editorial policy, and how lists are ordered in how we rank casinos.
